Systems are the invisible structures that hold every business together.

Creating and IMPLEMENTING a good system will provide your business with consistent, stable, reliable and predictable results.
Having great systems in place…

 

 

A great system is the Foundation to your businesses success!

Make your systems easy to understand so they can be implemented by virtually anyone.

As your business systems evolve update your system/checklist.

Break the system down to the lowest common denominator.

Think about how McDonald’s restaurants prepare and produce the exact same quality in their food whether you're in Tupelo Mississippi or New York City.

It’s because of the systems they put in place at the very beginning stages.

3 – Focus your energy and attention on one ACTIONABLE piece of information at a time.

Multitasking is simply a myth. Your brain can ONLY focus on one thing at a time.

Focus on one business model, one advertising campaign, one marketing strategy and see it through UNTIL it is complete before moving on.

4 – You will set the agenda for your life and your business. As ex-Pres. George Bush said… If you don't set your agenda someone else will.

If you're not currently using a productivity system implement one immediately.

There are numerous systems available, simply pick one that works best for you and execute.

5 – You must manage the information overload that everyone faces in today's digital world.

You will turn your phone off, shut the Internet down along with your email while you are working during your planned working times.

 

 

Schedule certain times of the day when you will check email. Keep your email client shut down until these set times so you're not constantly interrupted with the dinging or beeping sound of an incoming message.

Do the same with phone calls. Set certain times of the day when you accept incoming phone calls and make outgoing phone calls.

Don't let someone interrupt your schedule by calling you when they want to.

Once you employ this strategy people will have no choice but to adapt to your new value of your most precious commodity which is of course…

YOUR time.

6 – You will put a monetary value on your time.

7 - YOU will focus on building income producing assets.

(I'm not sure who said this but whoever it was really nailed it with these observations)

YOU must realize these three key truths of life:

1. YOU ONLY HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME.
2. YOU ONLY HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF ENERGY.
3. YOU ONLY HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF RESOURCES.
